Ben's technical expertise spans the full spectrum of healthcare technology, from EHR integration and interoperability standards to cloud architecture and data analytics. This comprehensive understanding allows him to guide clients through complex technology decisions with confidence.
Ben's foundation in technology was built during his service in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Staff Sergeant from 1994 to 2001. Specializing as a Computer Programmer (MOS 4067) and Small Computer Systems Specialist (MOS 4066), he developed and maintained mission-critical intelligence systems. This experience instilled a deep appreciation for security, precision, and the importance of reliable systems in high-stakes environments—principles that continue to guide 1630 Inc's approach to healthcare technology.
